Job Title: Sale and Marketing Supervisor
Report to: Sale Manager
Salary: $600 - $700
Job Location: Head Office
Working day: Monday to Friday and Saturday Morning
Working Hour: 8am to 12pm / 1pm to 5pm
Employment status: Permanent
Deadline 30th March 2024
Role
1. Ensure Sale and Marketing data is collected, stored, and analyzed properly.
2. Lead and manage Sale & Marketing strategies.
3. Supervises the development marketing program and materials such as advertising, events and online Sale Promotion.
4. Evaluates Sale Performance and also supervises Sale to new and existing customers.
5. Monitor and manage team members' pipelines to ensure performance expectations are met.
6. Provide regular reports to management on team performance and progress towards targets
Qualifications
1. Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Sale and Marketing or related field is prefer.
2. Good command of spoken and written Khmer and English.
3. Have at least 3-years experiences in Sale & Marketing or related fields.
4. Have at least 1-year or 2-year experiences in supervisory role.
5. Excellent communication and leadership or problem solving skills.
6. Good self-management skills and ability motivate a Sales Team.
7. Good analytical skills and ability to forecast and strategies based on data.
