- Manage and motivate team to increase sales revenue
- Provide good customer service
- Manage manpower planning
- Maintain the store and Products display consistently
- Monthly Stock inventory
- Monthly staffs performance evaluation
- Dealing with customer service issue such as queries and complaints
- Check the daily operation of service staff to provide satisfying, Greeting, Cleaning and other hospitality
Care for customers
- Weekly Sales Report
- Monthly Sales Report
- Summarize stock movement and Non movement monthly and yearly.
- Promotion and adverting activity of each shop to get more customers
- Make sure pricing is correct work on store display
- Coach, Counsel, Discipline and train employee
- Monthly Petty Cash expense report to account
- Monthly staffs sales commission report to account
- Weekly Cash Deposit of Pandora Exchange Square
Requirement:
-A bachelor's degree in business administration, financial management, or equivalent qualification preferred.
-Demonstrable experience in a senior supervisor or manager capacity at a retail store, or similar.
-Excellent planning, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
-Experience of leading and motivating a team
- English proficiency (both speaking & writing)
-Computer literacy MS Office or more
-Be reliable, responsible in fulfilling obligations
-Be honest and ethical
-Work full-time / Flexible work schedule
