Food and Beverage Organizer
Our requirement
1. Menu Planning: Designing menus that align with the event or establishment's theme, dietary restrictions, and budget.
2. Procurement: Sourcing ingredients, beverages, and other necessary supplies from vendors while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
3. Staffing: Hiring and managing a team of cooks, servers, bartenders, and other personnel as needed.
4. Food Preparation: Overseeing or directly participating in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items.
5. Beverage Management: Creating specialty cocktails, managing bar inventory, and ensuring responsible alcohol service.
6. Logistics: Coordinating delivery schedules, storage, and transportation of food and beverage items to the event location.
7. Budgeting and Financial Management: Creating budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability while maintaining quality.
8. Customer Service: Ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing recommendations, and accommodating special requests.
9. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to food safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring proper sanitation practices.
10. Event Coordination: Collaborating with event planners or organizers to synchronize food and beverage services with the overall event schedule and theme.
11. Evaluation and Improvement: Gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve food and beverage offerings and services.
12. Know how to make barista, smoothie, cocktail, and fresh fruit 🍓and reserve soft drinks and know wine and whiskey and champagne and signature also
These tasks require strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing excellent hospitality experiences.
