We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-oriented Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction by responding promptly to online inquiries and reviews, and by supervising the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to guest messages and reviews on various online platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure all rooms and common areas meet our cleanliness and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and checklists to verify housekeeping tasks are completed properly.
• Report maintenance issues or guest concerns to the hotel manager.
• Assist in coordinating staff schedules when needed.
• Support front desk operations occasionally (check-ins/check-outs, guest requests).
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Khmer (French is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of online booking platforms and messaging tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Availability to work weekends or holidays if required.
