Position: HR Admin Executive
Years of Experience: 1-3 years in the HR Admin / General Affair role
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee transport operations including vehicle administrative support, billing and documentation, managing company drivers.
- Oversee maintenance and security of the office premises and facilities.
- In charge of company meals, including consolidation of work schedule and meal ordering, monitoring of meal delivery, and communication with meal vendors.
- Make improvements to administrative processes and implement them effectively to increase efficiency.
- Assist with other administrative tasks when needed.
Job Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of related work experience in general affairs or administrative support.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a positive and can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and able to work independently.
- Ability to identify issues and propose suitable solutions.
