Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
- Prepare recruitment documents (job postings, contracts, and employee lists)
- Maintain employee records, personal information, and attendance tracking
- Monitor staff attendance, leave requests, and other approvals
- Prepare payroll and collaborate with the finance team for timely payments
- Address employee concerns, disputes, or work-related requests
- Organize training programs or workshops for employees as needed
- Manage office supplies and equipment for both office and construction sites
- Prepare administrative documents (letters, reports, and meeting notes)
- Coordinate transportation or travel arrangements for staff to construction sites
- Track minor administrative expenses and report to management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or Admin roles (experience in construction is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Honest, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Fluency in Khmer; basic English (speaking and writing) is an advantage
