Job Summary: The HR & Administration role is responsible for managing all human resources, This role ensures the smooth operation of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, training, and overall staff supervision. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 2. Employee Entry & Departure Processing: Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure compliance with company policies. 3. Attendance Management: Monitor and manage staff attendance records, leave requests, and absence tracking. 4. Training & Development: Organize and deliver training programs, focusing on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), professional etiquette, and employee development. 5. Employee Management: Supervise and support employees, addressing concerns, fostering positive work environments, and ensuring adherence to company policies. 6. Health and Safety: Monitor workplace safety and assist in ensuring that office spaces comply with health and safety regulations. 7. Document Management: Ensure that all employee contracts, policies, and administrative documentation are properly filed and accessible. 8. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees' HR-related queries and concerns, assist in resolving employee conflicts and mediating disputes to maintain a harmonious work environment. 9. Office Operations: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, between management, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication across all levels.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administration roles. • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Benefits: • Basic Salary: $800 - $1,000 (Open more negociation) • 13th Month Salary • Health Insurance (NSSF) • Three (3) Meals Provided Daily • Working Day Monday-Friday
