HR Supervisor

Job Summary: The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, training & development, and compliance activities across the organization. This role ensures the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition -Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. -Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs. -Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts. -Build talent pipelines through partnerships, job fairs, and online platforms. -Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
2. Training & Development -Identify training needs and develop annual training plans. -Organize and coordinate training sessions (internal & external). -Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and staff development progress. -Maintain training records and employee development plans.
3. Compliance & Policy Enforcement -Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and safety standards. -Maintain and update employee handbook, HR policies, and standard operating procedures. -Support internal audits and regulatory inspections. -Investigate and report policy violations, workplace misconduct, or grievances.
