Admin Officer
Job Description Admin Officer In particular, the Admin Officer is required to: • Check daily KOT record. • Check and record supplier invoices. • Collect sales receipts and report to manager. • Check and prepare monthly supplier payments. • Check monthly inventories. • Assist Cost Controller to conduct monthly physical inventories for all stores and food and beverage outlets. • Prepare event reports, costing of F&B promotion items, buffet packages, etc., • Assist to Check pricing of food and beverage suppliers’ invoices daily. • Assist Check & Update all food, beverage purchase in daily. • Carry out any other duties as required by management. Knowledge and experience • BA in Accounting. • Fresh students are welcome. • A very good understanding of modern time and finance management tools (IT, Excel). • Deadline and results oriented. • Good command of English in writing and speaking.
