Yong Xin Pay Plc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Admin Support (Chinese Speaking) to join our team.
*Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
- Handle communication, including emails, phone calls, etc.
- Manage and coordinate vehicle usage and maintenance.
- Keep office records and files organized for easy access.
- Monitor and order office supplies to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Manage schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Maintain office cleanliness and address maintenance requests.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, including setting up workspaces and handling documentation.
- Ensure office procedures follow company policies and maintain compliance
- Provide support to back-office team.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
* Requirement:
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) a.
- Chinese language proficiency is preferred
*Salary: Negotiation
*Working Time: Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)
* Location: St. 214, Sangkat Boeng Prolet, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh
