Architect Assistant
Salary range: 500$ (Negotiation)
Sex: Male
Job Location: Phnom Penh (mission 6months)
Close: 19-July-2025
Key Responsibilities:
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and plannings layouts
• Amend final designs to management and gain full approval
• Can draw and calculation from team request
• Purchasing (Local and Oversea)
• Developing project budgets, managing expenses, and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints
• Participating in client meetings and presentations, and communicating project information.
• Gathering information on building codes, materials, site conditions, and relevant regulations
• Helping to develop design concepts, prepare presentations, and refine building designs
• Participating in client meetings and presentations, and communicating project information
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree of architecture graphic design or equal
• Have knowledge of construction material.
• AutoCAD drawing, Sketch UP, Render.
• Be able to speak and write English language and Chinese.
• Make amendments to the design as required.
• Can design, communication design, fine art, graphic design, illustration, visual and all adobe for designer
