KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Create invoices in accounting system based on payment schedule 2. Receive payment from customers 3. Issue receipt to customers for cash/bank payments 4. Keep track and follow up customer payment based on payment schedule and outstanding report 5. Properly filing all receipts, bank slips and other related supporting documents 6. Cash count in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change 7. Cash count at the end of day 8. Send daily cash collection report to AR Accountant 9. Other tasks assigned by the management JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.) 1. At least Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance 2. At least 1-2 years’ experiences in related file 3. Computer literate (Ms. Office & Ms. Excel) 4. Good English communication or Chinese is preferring 5. Abilities to work as team 6. Friendly Patient and Flexible
