HUMAN RESOURCES:
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment process
• Maintain and update employee records and file properly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support payroll preparation to ensure of on time salary payment
• Assist in staff performance evaluation processes and tracking probation periods.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, welfare programs and training.

• Manage office supplies and stationaries; ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support logistics arrangements for meetings, training, and company events.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of HR documents.
• Monitor office maintenance needs and liaise with service providers.
• Coordinate with external parties (e.g., government offices, service vendors)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1+ year of experience HR and/or Admin
• Good communication, team work, motivated, goal-oriented, detail oriented
• Willing to learn new thing in HR & Admin field
• Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel….)
• Be able to use English for communication
