1. Oversee and manage payroll process, time attendance, salary and benefits, overtime pay, allowance, staff disciplinary, and work conflict in compliance with company policy and labor law 2. Lead a rigorous review of salary calculation methods for new employees, layoffs, overtime (OT), suspensions, resignations and attendance. 3. Manage the whole recruitment process for Sokha Hotel 4. Conduct a comprehensive study on the HR work processes for Sokha Hotel and propose necessary changes. 5. Formulate robust HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for approval from top management. 6. Oversee and propose activities for learning and development 7. Manage, review, and resolve on performance management 8. Keep updated in regularly reviewing labor laws to ensure unwavering compliance. 9. Study salary surveys and other benefits to ensure their alignment with the job market. 10. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the requirements for implementing an HR system and lead its development. 11. Perform other tasks assigned by the section manager and top management.
