- Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts, devices, and network equipment
- Monitor system performance and report issues proactively
- Communicate with Chinese-speaking teams and vendors
- Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of networking (IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
- Experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
