1.Requirements: - Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (IT) - IT experiences at least one years. - A technical, logical though process. - Problem-solving skills. - An ability of stick to strict deadlines/ priorities and delegate. - Commitment to learning new technologies. - Ability to do multi-tasks. - Fast learning, Honest, Flexible & Good Attitude. 2.Job Description: - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanner. - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. - Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. - Providing technical support across the company (This may be in person or over the phone). - Setting up and monitoring accounts for new users. - Monitor and update company website. - Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. - Testing new technology. - Possibly training more junior staff members. - Assist Customer Service team for daily shipment tracking. - Other tasks as assigned by manager.
