RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
-Manage transactions with customers
-Check goods and ensure pricing is accurate
-Collect payments whether in cash or bank transfer
-Issue receipts to customer
-Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
-Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
-Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
-Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
-Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
-Closing daily sale transaction
-Other task assign by Team Leader
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
-Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
-Knowledge of QB and Microsoft skills
-Good math skills
-Have experience in Cashier or similar role
-Can use English is prefer
-Good communications and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Be honest, flexible, responsible, smart and hardworking
