Head of HR
- Full function of HR. - Labor law have been applies. - At least 5 years' experiences in management level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare payroll, time attendance, salary and benefits, overtime pay, allowance, staff disciplinary, and work conflict in compliance with company policy and labor law
2. Implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and daily operations
3. Oversee and implement HR and administration activities
4. Monitor employee relations and investigate employee issues, if any
5. Monitor daily operations and overlook the office and facilities management
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance, Human Resources or other related fields
- Good knowledge and experience in all aspects of HR
- Good knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Good organizational and leadership skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
