Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee our pharmaceutical sales team in Cambodia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and mentoring the sales team, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and Pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to upper management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Khmer.
• Willingness to travel within Cambodia.
