Sales and marketing Manager
Job Description - Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends - Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to optimize sales strategies - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness - Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotional materials, and digital marketing initiatives - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment of efforts - Set clear performance goals, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure the team's success - Other tasks assigned by CEO Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, Master degree is an advantage - At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing role and management role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of data analysis and report writing - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skill - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
