Weโre looking for an experienced and driven Sales Supervisor to lead a high-performing team and drive growth in the competitive Food & Beverage sector. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep market knowledge to boost sales, build customer loyalty, and expand our presence across wholesale, mart, depot, and supermarket channels.
***Key Responsibilities:
-Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and increase market penetration.
-Serve as the communication bridge between the sales team and senior management, ensuring clarity on goals and progress.
-Track team performance and provide detailed reports on sales activities, wins, challenges, and forecasts.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
-Train and mentor team members, strengthening their product knowledge, customer engagement, and closing skills.
-Work closely with marketing to support product launches, promotional events, and targeted campaigns.
-Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
-Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with sales protocols and ethical standards.
-Foster a collaborative team culture focused on accountability, learning, and achievement.
-Evaluate and improve internal sales processes for better productivity and customer satisfaction.
-Stay informed on industry shifts, regulatory updates, and emerging customer behaviors.
***Job Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
-Proven leadership track record with measurable success in team performance and revenue growth.
-Strong familiarity with wholesale, depot, market, and mart/supermarket operations.
-Skilled in setting sales goals, analyzing KPIs, and coaching sales reps toward success.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in corporate client engagement.
-Fluent in English (written and verbal); multilingual ability is a plus.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and online research tools.
-Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a sharp commercial mindset.
-Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
-Proactive, adaptable, and willing to work occasional evenings/weekends if needed.
