• Welcoming customers, fully comply with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality policies of the company • Receive and record customers' inquiry/complaint record in ISO forms • Be able to make an appointment with customers based on an available schedule of doctors • Be able to issue quotation and negotiate with customers to be well understood before undergo any operation • Perform as a cashier to receive and return cash when necessary • Be flexible to handle all customer enquiries and accuracy • Administrating tasks including managing and arranging Customer Service documents
