Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Maintain and monitor the club’s IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot system errors and resolve user-reported issues efficiently.
Set up and manage devices, systems, and networks across departments.
Lead IT operations on match days and events, ensuring all tech runs smoothly.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary.
Ensure data security, system backups, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
Provide IT training and support to non-technical staff.
Recommend and implement IT improvements or upgrades.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in IT support or related roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, server management, and security protocols.
Experience with troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure, especially during live events.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Passion for sports or experience in the sports/entertainment industry is a plus.
