Job Responsibilities:
- Document verification and review
- Getting Transaction Certificates Ready
- Assist customers in coordinating the receipt of accurate and complete paperwork needed to process TCs.
- Coordinating internally within the team and externally with clients, preserving positive relationships with the clients
- Responsibilities assigned by the manager (Program Manager/Certifier)
- Preserving traceability while keeping records and storing files
- Preserving current files per protocol
Job Requirements:
- Graduate student in any field
- A minimum of one year of experience in Shipping, Supply Chain or Procurement is mandatory.
- Practical expertise in document evaluation, customer service, and client coordination would be beneficial.
- Average proficiency with the English language, both speaking and writing
- Quick learner with strong interpersonal abilities
- Competence with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook) and the system/applications
