Weβre Hiring: Operations Manager
Are you a strong leader with a passion for hospitality operations and team management? Weβre looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate key departments to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping teams.
Oversee Food & Beverage operations on a supporting level.
Ensure all departments maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Work closely with the Owner Representative to implement changes and monitor various departments.
Lead and train departments, provide performance feedback, and improve team efficiency.
Handle guest complaints or operational issues quickly and professionally.
Monitor guest satisfaction and work proactively to improve service quality.
Assist with recruitment, scheduling, and staff development across departments.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in hotel operations or departmental leadership roles.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), OTA platforms, and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
Fluent in English; Khmer and other languages are an advantage.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
