- Received PR request and make a PO. - Track orders and ensure timely delivery. - Preparing Purchase documents submit to finance - Receive product (if has requirement) - Review quality of purchase product - Enter Order details (e.g Vendor, quantities, Price,...) into internal database - Maintained update records of purchases products, delivery information and invoices - Monitor stock levels and place orders as need - Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage - Other tasks assigned
