Key Responsibilities: • Talent Sourcing: − Use a variety of channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.) to actively source and attract qualified candidates. − Maintain and build a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings. • Job Posting & Advertising: − Write clear, compelling job descriptions and post job openings on internal and external platforms. − Ensure that job postings are aligned with the company’s branding and attract top talent. • Screening & Shortlisting: − Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. − Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. − Create shortlists of the most suitable candidates for interviews. • Interviewing & Assessments: − Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. − Prepare interview questions, assist in interviews, and evaluate candidates based on required skills and qualifications. − Use appropriate assessment tools to evaluate candidates' skills and competencies. • Candidate Management: − Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process. − Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing feedback and managing expectations. • Offer Management: − Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms and conditions, and handle pre-employment documentation. − Prepare and manage contracts for new hires, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. • Onboarding: − Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including document verification, orientation, and training schedules. − Ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the company. • Recruitment Data & Reporting: − Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire. − Generate and present recruitment reports to the HR team and senior management. • Collaboration: − Work closely with HR managers to understand recruitment needs and team requirements. − Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on recruitment strategies.
Qualifications: − Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications. − Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. − Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems. − Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview processes. − Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. − Strong organizational and time management abilities. − Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. − Ability to work independently and as part of a team. − Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment regulations.
