Responsible for the setup, administration, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, and Cloud IaaS environments. Key responsibilities include:
• Deploying and managing new server and system environments
• Administering servers, cloud services, Linux systems, and storage
• Monitoring backups, performance, logs, and system issues
• Maintaining documentation, server diagrams, and procedures
• Managing internal web servers, SSL certificates, domains, and DNS
• Handling database management and scripting tasks
• Performing patch management and vulnerability fixes
• Ensuring compliance with IT security policies
• Troubleshooting incidents and providing on-call support
• Supporting Cloud IaaS services and ensuring uptime and reliability
KPIs: Uptime, MTTR, MTBF, Response Time, Error Rate
