Job Offer: Recruiter Position ( French + English / other European languages + English)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in finding and attracting top talent to our organization.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various recruiting methods.
Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to make informed hiring recommendations.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:
French + English or European languages + English in priority.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Ability to effectively use different recruitment channels and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
