Position Summary:
The HR and Admin Officer at Preap Sovath Investment Co., Ltd. supports both human resources and administrative functions. The role ensures efficient daily operations, policy compliance, and smooth office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personnel files).
• Support HR policies, payroll, and staff engagement.
• Monitor compliance and assist with employee relations.
Administration:
• Oversee office organization and supply management.
• Maintain asset records and legal documentation.
• Handle event coordination, document archiving, and filing.
• Prepare weekly income/expense reports.
• Conduct online research and surveys.
• Travel between company sites as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (interns may be considered).
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Fluent in English and Khmer.
• High integrity and proactive attitude.
Working Conditions:
• Location: Toul Kork
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Days: 6 days/week
Location: រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ Boeng Kak Pir, Tuol Kouk, Phnom Penh
