We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support across our company. You will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues, assisting staff with IT-related problems, and ensuring our systems run smoothly and securely. --- π§ Key Responsibilities: -Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware -Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, printers, routers) and software applications -Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance -Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues -Support the onboarding of new users by setting up accounts, devices, and access permissions -Ensure all systems are regularly updated, patched, and secured -Document issues, solutions, and maintain logs via help desk ticketing systems -Assist with basic server, storage, and security maintenance (if applicable) --- π€ Requirements: -Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) -Proven experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role is a plus -Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace -Basic understanding of networks, VPNs, and troubleshooting internet connectivity -Good problem-solving and communication skills -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks -Familiarity with help desk tools and remote access systems -Fluent/Advance in English or any other languages is a must --- πΌ What We Offer: -High base salary with growth opportunities -Supportive team environment -Ongoing training and development -Weekday working schedule (MondayβFriday) --> If you are interested, please send us your CV to Telegram: @FWP555 Whatsapp: +85586562054
