QubePay.com is expanding! After successfully supporting merchants globally with cutting-edge payment solutions, we are proud to have recently opened our office in Phnom Penh. We are now looking for a talented Payments Integration Manager to join our growing team in Cambodia.

We are an international Payment Service Provider offering global businesses a wide range of payment solutions including Visa, MasterCard, SEPA, SWIFT, alternative payment methods, and more. Our mission is to simplify payments for our merchants through secure, scalable and seamless integrations.
The Role: Payments Integration Manager
You will play a key role in supporting our clients and partners to integrate QubePayβs payment solutions into their websites, platforms, and applications. You will work closely with both our technical and commercial teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of payment services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients during the integration of QubePay APIs, plugins, and hosted solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance during pre-sales and post-sales integration phases.
Work closely with the global integration and compliance teams to ensure payment flows comply with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and integration guides.
Stay updated with the latest developments in payment technologies, card schemes, and alternative payment methods.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years experience in payment integrations, fintech, IT systems, or web development.
Solid understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP), webhooks, and server-to-server communications.
Basic knowledge of card processing, SWIFT, SEPA, Visa, MasterCard, or alternative payment methods is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Khmer language is a plus.
Based in Phnom Penh or willing to relocate.
