+MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the Admin and HR Department
Developing, revising and recommending personnel policies and procedures
Facilitating the development of various organization teams and their working relationship with other teams and individuals
Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
Experience in succession planning, and talent management is preferable
Fundamental knowledge of Cambodia's Labor Law
Stay up to date with relevant labor laws and regulations as well as practices by other organizations to provide input to HR team and management to ensure that policies and practices are compliant
Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive, preferable in Training Development
Diagnose problems and to determine appropriate solutions particularly in the human resources areas
Resolve and where necessary, escalate employee concerns and complaints for appropriate action
Plan developed and manage the company's yearly asset management plan
Prepare the company's yearly working calendar to be approved by the CEO, and ensure that it is properly deploy throughout the company
Ensure that the managing department is properly equipment with sufficient, operational tool sufficient human.
Arrange and participate in meeting, conferences and project team activities
Other tasks assigned by Admin and HR Manager
BASIC REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, management, or any other relevant field.
5 years experience in HR, administration, and or office management
Strong commitment and accountability
Good public speaking and presentation skills
Computer literate in necessary basic office software
Knowledge of HR Systems and databases
Able to communicate in English
Able to demonstrate and present the problems with solutions
Able to prioritize and manage several open cases at one time
Able to work as part of a team
Able to communicate well with staff and management.
