Tax Manager

• Developing and maintaining tax plans, compliance procedures and risk assessment to ensure effective tax management. • Managing and overseeing the filing of regular tax returns, including income tax. • Overseeing and collaborating to produce finance report. • Identifying, tracking and reporting any potential financial risks solutions. • Coordinate and manage tax audits, inquiries and notices from tax authorities. • Collaborating with GDT tax auditor, check audit reassessment and solution. • Conduct a thorough analysis of taxes to provide expert advice and optimize opportunities to ensure compliance with local regulations. • Maintain documentation and records related to tax filings, provisions and other tax-related activities. • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and coordination on tax matters. • Provide guidance and support to internal financial issues, including tax implications of business decisions and transactions. • Participate in knowledge management, professional development as request to improve team. • Work closely with Tax Partners and clients • Answer staff, partner and client questions • Lead team for professional staff • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations. • Others task are assigned by director.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree (Taxation or Accounting) 2. Can speak Chinese is priority 3. English level is advanced 4. Microsoft Office 5. Have experience in tax and accounting firms 6. Have Tax Agent License Working Conditions: _ Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:30 pm) _ Saturday (Half Day) _ Break 1h 30mn _ Meal Allowance _ Phone Allowance _ NSSF _ Annual Leave _ Public Holidays apply to Cambodia Labor Law
