• IT Infrastructure and Technical Support
o Provide daily support to staff on IT-related issues (hardware/software/network).
o Install, configure, and maintain computers, network devices, and printers.
o Monitor internet connectivity, servers, and data backups.
o Troubleshoot system errors and provide timely resolution.
• System and Network Administration
o Manage user accounts, access controls, and security protocols.
o Maintain Office 365, antivirus systems, and shared folders.
o Ensure regular updates and patches for software and systems.
o Support data backup and recovery processes.
• Digital Communications Support (Facebook & Website)
o Coordinate with the related departments for content updates.
o Assist in posting approved content on the company’s Facebook page and website.
o Ensure images, videos, and layouts are optimized for digital platforms.
o Perform minor website content edits using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).
• Documentation and Asset Management
o Maintain IT asset inventory (computers, software licenses, devices).
o Keep records of support activities, issues resolved, and changes made.
o Prepare reports on system usage, maintenance schedules, and incidents.
