***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Prepare and present dishes according to the kitchen’s standards and recipes.
2, Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
3, Coordinate with other sections and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
4, Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs or shortages.
***REQUIREMENT
1, Typically 2–4 years of kitchen experience
2, Prior experience as a commis chef or in a similar role
3, Experience in a specific kitchen station (e.g., pastry, grill, garde manger).
4, Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
