***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance, housekeeping, and technical staff.
2, Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds regularly to identify repair or maintenance needs.
3, Manage work orders, schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
4, Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health codes, and environmental standards.
5, Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance, incidents, and inspections.
6,Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement related to facility operations.
7,Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
***REQUIREMENT
1, bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related field (preferred)3–5 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance operations
2, At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
3, Experience in hospitality, commercial, or high-traffic environments Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations
4, Leadership and team management abilities
5, Good understanding of safety, fire prevention, and compliance standards
6, Planning, scheduling, and time management skills
7, Proficiency in using facility management software (e.g., CMMS)
8, Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, email, report writing, Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays,
