***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items as per recipe standards.
2, Follow directions from Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
3, Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, sauces, and garnishes.
4, Ensure cleanliness and order in the assigned kitchen section.
5, Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP regulations).
6, Maintain proper stock rotation and storage of ingredients.
7, Support other team members and help with additional tasks as needed.
8, Report any kitchen equipment issues or food quality concerns to supervisors.
9, Comply with all company policies regarding uniforms, grooming, and kitchen safety.
***REQUIREMENT
1, High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
2, Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not always required) 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
3, Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or lounge is an advantage Basic cooking and knife skills
4, Understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene
5, Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Eagerness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
6, Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
